This application makes it easy to discover and visualize locational trends in our across-the-fence valuations. Creating professional quality, single source map books is another GIS service we offer, as well as geoferencing paper maps and plats to digitally update our clients ownership records.
Through an aggregation of attribute mapping overlays (such as zoning, soils, etc.), we are able to easily correlate changing locational trends — particularly helpful in applying an across the fence valuation technique, where multiple market areas influence a property’s value. This correlation of attributes enhances the valuation, highest and best use, and market analyses in our appraisals, supporting the reliability of our opinions of value.
